How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order via this link: Track Order.
Enter your order number (including #) and the email address or phone number you used to place the order. You’ll receive the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment.

Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping costs?
We offer international shipping to most major European countries. All orders come with a tracking number. We want your experience to be as smooth and transparent as possible.
What are your shipping and processing times?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Most international orders are delivered within 7-15 days.
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.
If your order doesn't arrive on time or is held by the carrier, please email us with your order number at support@ultimapeak.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders are shipped for free.
Additionally, we offer the option for Insured & Expedited Shipping for €3.95. This protects your order against theft, damage, or loss, and allows for faster delivery with priority.
Which local carriers do you use?
Once the international shipment arrives in your country, it will receive a local tracking number and be handed over to the local carrier:

🇩🇪 Germany: DHL
🇫🇷 France: La Poste

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from our system with an (international) tracking number.
Didn't receive a tracking number or is the tracking number not working? No worries! Contact us, and we will resolve it for you.
Unexpected delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times mentioned above. External factors, such as holidays, can cause delays that are beyond our control.
Contact us if your package is taking too long, and we will work together to resolve the issue.
