Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Items on sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the item you have and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.


14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
