How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping costs?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. During checkout, you can enter your address to see the exact shipping fees.
Currently, there’s an offer with no shipping charges! This means you can enjoy your order without any extra costs. For more details, feel free to contact us!
What are your shipping and processing times?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Most international orders are delivered within 7-15 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.

Do you offer free shipping?

Which local carriers do you use?
As soon as the international shipment arrives in your country, it will receive a local tracking number and be transferred to the local carrier:

Haven't received a tracking number or is the tracking number not working? No worries! Contact us and we will resolve it for you.
