Overview

Wealth Innovations LLC ships UltimaPeak products to customers in the United States and select international destinations. All orders are subject to the shipping terms below. Where specific products are unavailable for shipping to your country due to local ingredient regulations, you will be notified at checkout before payment is processed.

United States Shipping

Processing Time

All US orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

US Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted for standard shipping.

If your country is not listed, it is not currently a supported destination. We are working to expand our international shipping coverage and will update this policy when new markets are added.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal service conditions, and public holidays in the destination country. UltimaPeak is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country, order weight, and selected shipping method. The charge is displayed in full before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.

Product Availability by Country

Due to ingredient regulations that vary by country, certain UltimaPeak products may not be available for shipping to specific destinations. This is determined at the product level based on the regulatory status of each ingredient in your country.

⚠  Product Availability at Checkout •  If a product in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected country, you will be notified at checkout before payment is requested. •  The restricted product will need to be removed from your cart before you can complete your purchase. •  This is not a checkout error. It reflects our commitment to shipping only products that are legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

We review product availability by country on an ongoing basis. As formulations are updated or regulatory guidance changes, the list of available products per country may be updated. Please check at checkout for the most current availability for your destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge shown at checkout. UltimaPeak has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For guidance on applicable charges, please contact your local customs authority before placing your order.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier website. For international orders, tracking visibility may be limited once the package enters the destination country postal network.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@ultimapeak.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
